Description
A addition, I serve as the Operations Manager for the Knoxville cluster of stations including Country WIVK, N/T WOKI and SportsRadio WNML. Also served as PD for heritage market leader WIVK. I managed a team over 30 on- air professionals from the 3 stations combined. Helped relaunch N/T WOKI with a live/local lineup. While at WIVK, in addition to maintaining the #1 Nielsen rated station for the market, we won Station Of The Year award 2 times from the CMA, 1 Station of the Year from the ACM, 1 Marconi Award for Best Station, 2 CMA Awards for Personality Of The Year, 1 ACM Award for Personality Of The Year, and inducted into the Tennessee Radio Hall Of Fame. Annual fundraising events included the St Jude Radiothon where each year we raised over a quarter million dollars in one-day events.
