Rick has more than 40 years of Project management, operational, engineering, maintenance, construction and commissioning experience in various domestic and international oil and gas facilities and hazardous work environments. He has held positions as a Global Completions Vice President, Global Completions Director, Project Director, Senior Operations Manager, Commissioning Manager, Technical Writer and Training Specialist. During his career, he has been involved with supervising startups, shutdowns, turnarounds, plant maintenance, and other special projects. He has developed training modules for operating personnel, written operating and maintenance procedures, operations manuals, maintenance, given presentations for various owner processes, and accumulated extensive training and experience with safety procedures.
