As a team member of process action team assisted in creating a twelve hour shift that would allow a staffing pattern covering all posts and duties. The shifting would allow for personal time off as well as accountability and reduction of overtime and stress related work. As a team member of process action team assisted in creating a recruiting position for schools and colleges. Assisted in creating a reentry program that would allow offenders of community custody classification to receive programming necessary for change. This program would also allow the offender to have connection with family and work to reinforce the positive need for community and law cooperation reducing collateral erosion of family. Assisted in creating and writing a mentorship program to assist staff in development and understanding. This program would allow for personnel to understand process and leadership in the correctional setting for a future of a positive work place.
