Kore 1 Data Center Administrator March 2017 Experienced with Veritas backup software and appliances in multiple location running in active - active environment * Provides expertise in day to day operations of backup processes to ensure backup and recoverability of all data and systems in the event of loss or failure * Works with Enterprise Class Server to include rack and stack, monitor, backup, anti-virus configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Enterprise Operating Systems * Knowledgeable of hardware and software troubleshooting methods * Troubleshoot operating systems and applications using OS-based, resource kit, and third-party tools * Utilize enterprise tools to manage, monitor and secure large enterprise data center environments * Experience working with 32/64-bit based hardware * Monitors data traffic and controls system resources and performance to ensure high quality of application service * Proven experience with enterprise class hardware from major OEM Vendors (Dell, IBM, HP, Oracle etc.) * Maintain on-call lists and appropriate triage procedures * Analyze and report failures to minimize outages and interruptions * Experience performing server systems administration * Routine sever maintenance (firmware, failures, hardening, etc.) * Server consolidation * Successful background working with various networks (Internet, Intranet, Wide Area Networks WAN, or Local Area Networks LAN)
