My objective is to implement my knowledge and abilities of estate property management. Responsiblities: Maintained property for stables and vineyards. Managing three (3) workers, 41/2 acre estate, responsible for the outside and inside maintenance of property and assisted household staff. Maintained all equipment along with all vehicles on property. Responsible for all vendors, construction, electrical, plumbing and security. maintenance of all buildings on/off property. Responsible for all Equipment Vehicle care Transported equestrian horses in the tri-state area as well as interstate travel to Wellington
