Career Summary I have been working in the oil and gas industry for 25+ years. Started as a roustabout and continued to educate myself and work through the industry advancing as I went. In addition to fieldwork, I have had the opportunity to work as a project coordinator training and leading many of my co-workers on various multimillion dollar projects for the upgrade and repair of the drilling systems and rotational equipment on all types of oil rigs and drill ships, with the objective of bringing the projects in safe, under budget and ahead of time. With the oil and gas industry downturn beginning in 2014 I was part of the lay-offs that occurred at Transocean. With the oil and gas rebound in question I shifted my focus to long-haul truck driving and obtained my Class A commercial driver's license and obtained the transportation of hazardous materials (hazmat) endorsement.
