I have enjoyed the title of New Hire trainer for the past 7 years. I have found that traveling to area towns and letting my experience guide me to represent the company, and inspire others to work for us, had the most significant impact with this store. I am also the back up book keeper for the cash office. Being able to account for all the checks and balances that are part of this operation is a major responsibility that I do not take lightly. I enjoy working with numbers, and it is similar to solving a puzzle when I have to research a problem. I get great satisfaction from a job well done in my new hire training, as well as the book keeping I do. Looking to try something along these lines, or perhaps a new venture in this business.
