With a broad-based background, I have both hands on and leadership expertise to draw from ? and use it to bring value, growth and efficiency improvement to an organization. The bulk of my career has been spent with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Over the course of 20+ years, (after solidifying my passion for the home financing business by mastering pricing, closing, processing and originating - in that order), I began embracing leadership by managing sales branches across eastern Florida. When a unique opportunity was presented, I returned to operations in a management capacity through leadership of sales based operations. This was a shift in the fulfillment model, which enabled more collaboration than ever seen in our industry. For several years, I travelled across GA and FL to co-manage processors, closers and underwriters alongside Sales Branch Managers. Attached is my resume, with highlights of my experiences.
