Supported shipping department. Signing of Certificate of Conformance. Labeling for shipping and stock. Understand how to use MRP systems * In Process Inspection - Performed QA inspection for Thin-film substrates. Understand basics of wet etch process. Familiar with masking processes and metallization inspection. * Process Operator of Thin-Film Substrates - Worked in the Lab area. Understand basic etching and plating processes. Familiar with Glass and mylar masks. * Knowledgeable with ISO procedures, Corrective Actions, ECOs and all related documents and procedures concerning expediting customer returns. * Detail orientated, organized, skilled at prioritizing, experienced with Vantage, MS Word and Excel and Zebra label makers. Experienced with various hand tools, Calipers, height and pin gauges, surface plate, indicators, LCR meter, optical, resistor probe station, high/low power microscope, bond pull and die shear machine. - Perform final inspection on all outgoing products review all data, package configuration. - Process all material and products for shipping
