SUMMARY I have nearly thirty years of experience in wholesale distribution with ten years managing a warehouse and twenty managing sales and logistics/delivery. I am looking to work with and lead at a growing, fast-paced company that has motivated, engaged employees. My experience in managing in sales and operations provides a unique understanding of team members and customers, both internal and external. In my previous position as Transportation Manager I participated in the business integration of Kozak Distributing of Petersburg, VA (1.5 million cases) and Gold Coast Distributing of Miami, FL (27 million case distributor) into the Reyes Beverage Group. The integration including training of employees in equipment, DOT, VIP. Provided daily support for all employees on-site. During the Gold Coast integration I was the transportation operational lead at their Homestead, FL warehouse. Achieved the goal of integrating these businesses into Reyes Beverage Group with minimal disruption to employees, customers and business.
