Summary: * Works closely with providers in an effort to optimize billing and production, while still upholding customer care. * Processed all incoming Appeals Work with providers in advising proper billing and coding of claims, to ensure proper claims processing and payment * Work with the Private Client to obtain correct/ verified information, so I can then verify Coding information * Verify claim details and all pertinent medical records, then submit claim if not on file, or complete a corrected claim. * Assist patients with an understanding of their health insurance benefits * Insurance benefit verification and billing.
