SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE Experience includes over forty-two years of private-sector and government engineering and construction management in the United States and overseas. Eleven (11) years was spent in Iraq, Afghanistan and Bahrain with extensive travels throughout the Middle-East. Experience includes all levels of engineering, construction, and project management for all types of infrastructure installation, architectural/commercial construction, oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, pharmaceutical, and mining industries including the new and re-construction/renovations to existing bases throughout Iraq and Afghanistan using both temporary and semi-permanent construction methodologies and local contractors under austere and hazardous conditions. Experience spans worldwide and have managed projects of $175mm on a US/British military installation at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan. Extensive experience in all phases of project execution including business development, estimating, proposal writing, project setup, generation of design deliverables and services during construction.
