I am a qualified Customer Service Representative. I have seven years of strong customer service, problem-solving, communication and negotiating skills within the Auto Industry. My ability to respond to customers inquiries and/or complaints gives them a sense of fulfillment. I have the ability to review, evaluate, analyze, recommend and implement projects. I go "above and beyond" the scope of my work to get something done. I am a self-starter and welcome challenges. My positive atttitude enchance my work performance that produces exceptional results. As a result of my having various employers was due to changes in the Economy. Two employers relocated to Texas and one was Bought-Out by another Company. The Layoffs allowed me to expand and obtain training for new skills in the Auto Industry. My goal is to apply my current skills and to continue obtaining knowledge that will be a benefit to my career, employer and clients.
