QUALIFICATIONS 40 years of progressive training and experience as a Journeyman Millwright 20 years of experience in the Body Shop Weld Department of M.M.N.A. Competent in installing VFD's, electrical switches, starters and motors up to 480 volts. Competent in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment. Competent in setup, operation, preventative maintenance and repair of robots. Competent in mechanical pump rebuilds, hydraulic pumps and motors. Performs necessary welding and sheet metal operations required to make maintenance repairs or replacement components. Certified in operating forklifts, man lifts, and cranes (using proper rigging techniques). Experienced in GMAW and SMAW. Proficient in mill and lathe work. Continuously learning and applying new skills and procedures related to the maintenance, modification and installation of the plant equipment and systems.
