To secure a job in a successful, established company, using the skills I have acquired over the years including, but not limited to, truck driving, electrician, heating and cooling technician and installer. September 2008 - Present AECOM-HVAC TECH 4 SPECIALIST Maintain, repair, or place all heating, cooling, refrigeration or ventilation equipment on the building maintenance side of Caterpillar, Mossville. Direct contact with the customer and supervisors to satisfy the customers' needs. I work with the building automation system, roof top units, and am WAGO & WATLOW trained. I am in charge of preventive maintenance for my department. I check computers for down units assess and repair as needed. My job includes all forms of building maintenance including light fixtures, pumps, hydraulics, and all HVAC and refrigeration systems. I have travelled for my company to Dyersburg, TN to work for 5 months on a start up maintenance contract. I have also travelled to Spokane, WA for 4 1/2 months to run the facility and manage our maintenance contract until fully staffed.
