My experience teaching high school students several years ago, was such a rich and rewarding experience, endearing me with the motivation to research food origins and global preparations. The food industry has expanded so immensly, that I can constantly keep myself apprised of all that's new and renewed.

In my present position, I work in an office where employees are transitioning from all over the world, and I have to keep track of these employees and their time while in this office. Most office organizing, ordering (office materials)and managing has been my responsiblity.
