SUMMARY: Program Manager with over 16 years of experience in Program and Contract Management, Business Development and Technical Proposal Writing in the Federal marketspace. Support includes the successful capture of IT, telecommunications and healthcare related acquisitions for the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and the Department of Defense (DoD).
