SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Over 20+ years' experience in Technical Support / Enterprise Server Support on Windows platform servers, Macintosh systems and Windows workstation base systems. Experienced in advanced project management, extensive networking troubleshooting skills, massive deploymnets and configuration of numerous hardware and software systems. Led the implementation of Windows 2012R2 AD FS 3.0 for Cloud services support for Office 365 cloud resources and Microsoft Azure Cloud services. Hands on experience with Windows (3.x, 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8.1, 10, MS Server 2003, 2008, 2008R2 and 2012R2 ), UNIX 2.1, Macintosh OS 7.x - 10.11.x, OS X Server. Knowledge of working with all legacy networking protocols as well as the current networking protocols for today's networking across WAN and LAN networks.
