As a result 13 operational units training levels were at an all-time high and readiness no longer suffered. * Worked with reserve force management to ensure that 800 plus reservists activated were efficiently trained and certified in all required operational training. * Uses experience and training to provide personal protection training to the private sector. Each weekend, another graduating concealed carry handgun class is sent to the Sheriff's department to apply for their concealed carry handgun permit. Provides this training and other personal protection training as a private business owner. * As a Training Counselor, trains firearms instructors, in NRA instruction which facilitates a train the trainer learning environment. Provides mentorship for instructors trained.
