SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS : Injection Molding Process Technician * Process Injection Molding machines ranging from 500T-3500T. * Equipment includes Cincinnati, Neissi, Jsw, Engle, UBE, Farrel and Husky. * Program robots consisting of AAB, Witchmann, Star, Engle, and Ichicho * Operate 40 Ton overhead crane used for setting die. * Set Die up to 30 tons using both hydraulic clamp and electric presses and bolt in methods. * RJG Experience * Multiple Sequence of tool functions hydraulic and mechanical * Knowledge in hydraulic value gated tools and non-valve gated tools and hot runner tools * Mold in color 1 and 2 barrel machines * Motan material feed systems * Allen Bradley Versa View Controllers * Mold installation and start up, shut down and removal * Monitor tool cleanliness and ensure tool cleaning is required
