Summary: I want to and have put safety first in the different jobs and positions I have been a part of. I have also been fortunate to work for companies that do the same. I have had the opportunity to work for oil companies like Shell, BP, and Chevron. I know how this companies demand the very best in safety and protecting the environment. In this industry you can not be afraid to stop a job if something doesn't look right and I believe you have to instill that in your people, the ones that you train and hope they carry that with them.
