KEY QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years experience in the mortgage environment 3+ years experience in the banking environment 1+ year experience processing FHA and VA loans (60-100 loans in pipeline) 2 + years experience acting as liaison between the customer, the realtor, the attorney, and Cendant in order to process customers' mortgages efficiently Ability to address the needs and concerns of customers Proficient in Microsoft Office $25 /hr Prefers 8:30-5:00 but flexible Available to start immediately
