30344 Duties & Responsibility: Maintaining perpetual inventory Full service restaurant, Qsr, Buffet style which included, hot and cold food items. The facility also contained a convenient store and gas island, in which customer service situations required my immediate. Process payroll, maintain labor standards. Maintain food specifications by overseeing prep and production. Receiving product from vendors organizing coolers freezer and dry storage area's to meet company and health department standards. Cleanliness and quality standards maintained to be Ecosure and health department ready daily. Developed future management candidates and drew members for future internal promotion. Marketing the restaurant by getting the entire community involved in events occurring at the location. All aspects of daily operation while getting expected results from proper training and development of staff to produce positive results directly affecting P&L expectations. Processing biweekly payroll, correcting employee exceptions due to incorrect clock in procedures. Submitting vacation request and benefit enrollment processing. Processing workman's compensation claims.
