23 years of oil field experience with drilling completion production and work over operations. The last 10 years were in a supervisor role including safety policy procedure to rig crews and third party contractors. I was also in charge of making sure that all safety policies were implemented and followed as well as training to new hires in JSA LOTO Hot Work LEL Monitors and other onsite training that needed to be addressed. The job was performed with safety being the utmost priority. My experience also includes blowout preventers pressure testing equipment snubbing units operation work over and completion rigs and trucking services. I also coordinated with various vendors as the drilling superintendent to ensure job procedures were followed properly and safely. I managed costs and maintained a plan to stay within a plan to stay within a budget. I also have horizontal drill out experience depths up to 22,000'. 10,000' vertical and 10,000' plus or minus horizontally. Drill out with mill and mud motor and conventionally no mud motor.
