CAREER HIGHLIGHTS My company was ready to scrap 35 holdowns as obsolete. I suggested a way to modify them. Saved the company $12,000+. During a cycle count came up with 10 extra fan motors. Found that 10 kits had 220v motors instead of the required 120v motors. Figured out which kit had them and found 9 of the 10 kits with the wrong voltage motor. Unfortunately one had already shipped out.
