Server Perform opening and closing * Serve as a primary liaison between the front of the house, back of the house and management * Made sure menu items went out according to the guests specifications and cheesecake specifications * Assist managers on duty with daily operations Operations Support Technician * Responsible for the entire staffs health benefits and payroll * Daily accounting for the restaurant * Par drawers and safe daily * Input all invoices and receipts * Ensure all orientation paperwork, workgroup tests, and employee files are properly filled out and filed appropriately * Perform weekly inventories with the GM * Take care of guest concerns, complaints, compliments, and gift cards duties * Extensive knowledge of over 300 menu items * Provide absolute guest satisfaction
