Experience Summary Past experience installing, servicing, and maintaining key, PBX, networks, and VOIP system with the knowledge and skill to perform aspects of the telephony technology. Out of college my first experience was working I&R with Pacific Bell. I spent several weeks at the Pacific Bell training facility. Here I ran drops, installed outside protectors and delivered services to houses. From Pac Bell I moved on to inside telecommunications. Worked with the sales teams in designing and engineering telephony needs of customers. I project manage all of my jobs, from the sales had off to, telco interface, database programming, physical install, customer training to servicing. I have maintained a strong client relationship over 30 years. I have enjoyed staying a breast of ever changing technology field. The ability from the ground up to build key or a PBX system and associated equipment to fit each customer's application. I also supplied technical support to coworkers and guidance. I am self-motivated and have worked out of my home for the past 30 years with no supervision.
