Managed Intake Director Family Preservation Services and assessed referrals reconciling the agency's authorization discrepancies assembled re-authorization reports with completed Calocus Assessment entered clinical presentations (i.e. diagnosis and active symptoms) in the E-cura System (computer software provided by DMH) collaborated with other core service agencies and DMH regarding best care practices. Coordinated the administrative oversight for linking therapeutic services to clients and families in their natural environment. Facilitated transition and aftercare plans and acted as liaison with referral sources. Participated in planning meetings with the treatment team to assist with the development and maintenance of the therapeutic milieu.Implemented a tracking system to monitor eligible clients for Community-Based Intervention Services and Assertive Community Treatment per the regulations of the Department of Mental Health (DMH). This tracking system provided assistance in procuring over $300,000.00 in retroactive service fees. In addition I created the agency's intake department in conjunction with a strategic overflow chart. (Academic and/or Non-Academic) Rosalind Franklin University- onsite and blended teaching of multiculturalism and behavioral health to advanced graduate and graduate level students. National Louis University - remotely teach social science courses for undergraduate and graduate level students. Florida Martial Arts Christian Academy - develop self- defense curriculum competency exam group activities for families and children (including behavior modification plan) and character education. Non-for- profit Community Outreach Organizations - develop leadership curriculum implement conferences on historic trauma for the African-American Latino and refugee communities and separate training programs on individuals with mental illness on trauma in the Jewish community on immigration issues on working with Muslim families and issues in the LGBT community. WFHC St. Joseph Campus - serve as preceptor for new care managers and social workers in the North Market Care Management Department in addition to being responsible for answering questions on course content (profession and agency's culture) being a visible presence and making recommendations for learning strategies and/or provide feedback to enhance skill-sets.
