ARL was an Independent Electronic Component Test Lab working together with Manufacturers Distributors and Brokers requiring extended testing of components prior to integrating them on Circuit Boards * Oversee all departments which included the production of testing marking and burn-in of electronic components. * Planned and scheduled what jobs were to be sent through the processes on a daily basis checking on their progress throughout the day working with the department supervisors. Used the company custom intranet software for production sales and shipping/receiving * Held end of day meetings with the supervisors to go over production numbers and break them down into parts per hour for both testing and marking. * Consulted with the sales department to review what quantity and type of parts were expected to be. Experienced with silk screening, hardware insertion, blueprint reading and most quality inspection tools. * Programming, quoting, scheduling and purchasing of raw material, hardware and tooling * Managed all office duties including A/P, A/R, and balancing checkbooks * Negotiated pricing with both customers and vendors * Interacted with managers in the quality control, production and sales departments ensuring customer satisfaction for quality products and on time delivery.
