Patient and family education, SOAP notes, driving evaluation, discharge evaluation, home evaluation. * Taught patient's energy conservations techniques and adaptive equipment use. * Exceptional computer skills, able to do computerized charting. * Excellent time management, critical thinking skills, outstanding team player.
