Accomplishments
Highlights:
I assisted with the opening of a new restaurant, which was the first of it’s kind in the area. I also hired and trained forty people placed in several different locations for the new restaurant simultaneously. Over the course of my career I have transitioned several restaurants and created teams at each of these locations with the turnover rates under 42% compared to the industry standard of 300% Taking the time to train and develop these teams has seen customer satisfaction at those locations raise between ten and fifteen percent and company evaluation scores averaging in the nineties with previous scores as low as seventy-eight percent.Companies I like:
Cisco, Southwest Airlines, GE, Wells Fargo, Red Lobster, Yum Brands,

Responsibilities
The most signifacant posotive impact at my last position was location. As General Manager I was at liberty to make staffing decisions, train and develope employees at every level within the restaurant. My particular location saw an increadible application flow which I was able to use to the advantage of a few other restaurants in my area with management staffing issues.
