- UT R&D Development Engineer EXPERIENCE SUMMARY Chronological Experience Magnetation - August 2014 to Current Sr. Process Engineer Lead the research and analysis of new and existing technologies that would suit Magnetation's ore beneficiation needs. Identify opportunities for process control improvement and work closely with the mechanical/electrical engineers to implement said improvements. Responsible for 3 technicians in the research lab, giving guidance regarding tests procedures and project schedule for the entire R&D. (Just presentation).
