I have been an associate pastor at a large church on the West Bank of New Orleans. I built our new facility which was huge renovation project converting a 20 year old abandoned Canal Valerie into a 5 million dollar complex consisting of an elementary and high school with a 400 student enrollment. I was appointed as facility operations manage on 2005. I was in charge of all permitting sub-contracting and life safety code issues. I am self employed right now by Vanguard Emergency Management for the FEMA Disaster Housing Inspections. Background checks have already been cleared by Department of Homeland Security as an Federal Emergency Response Official. I have just finished doing the Disaster 4277 in Louisiana. Currently seeking employment.
