ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER ARCHITECT: An Architect with 30 years of experience, I am seeking a position where I can effectively utilize my skills in Project Management. I am an Architect who is highly motivated, goal oriented, strives for client satisfaction and works well under pressure. With 30 years of experience in planning, design and construction of diverse projects such as Commercial, Medical, Retail, Restaurant and Government Projects including Dining facilities, TEMF (Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility), and various remodels of buildings at Ft. McCoy, WI. I have extensive background with the requirements of directing all design project phases, coordination of engineering services and various Government procedures. From design thru owner acceptance, working with local and state municipalities. I also have extensive experience with field construction administration. I pride myself in my ability to work and coordinate with the field personnel and design for a smooth construction phase. I strive for complete coordination and cooperation between field, the office and the owners. I have personally been involved with the design and/or Construction Administration for over $250 million in construction over the last several years.
