Summary: 30+ years of experience in mechanical drafting, documentation, ECN's, design and development of medical instrumentation, and high voltage power supplies. My involvement has spanned product conception state of the art technical advancement development of manufacturing methods, successful product launch, manufacturing support. Proven expertise in the areas of sub-assembly design, plastic molded part design, instrument packaging, system level integration and documentation. Knowledge and experience with manufacturing processes including their design limitations, such as injection molding, TPE injection molding, liquid injection molding, process die cutting, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, fine blanking, castings, blow molding, prototype methods, etc.
