Summary Currently test and analyze failed Electronic Braking Control Units while under warranty to specific component, trace or via &/or root issue causing malfunction. Root cause analysis performed for many manufactures including Ford GM Mercedes Chrysler Navistar. Reporting & documenting all test results & produce failure analysis reports is mandatory. Routinely work with production, process, supplier quality, design and test engineering dept's to accomplish tasks & advise of quality conditions needing addressed. Directly involved in the Six Sigma continuous improvement process. As an Analysis Tech I regularly redirected the process flow of non-conforming devices to a state of compliance specified by product engineering. Interacted with Test Machine Operators to determine SRS/ABS module production failure analysis. Determine root cause at component level by utilizing computer diagnostics programs, load boxes, and other bench type test equipment. Analysis and assignments accomplished on a self managed basis.
