Maintain a comprehensive loan filing systems of all active loans and Letter of Credit. Ensure all paid off loans are accurately inventoried and shipped to storage in an organized and timely manner. Involvement with day-to-day requirements as required by Treasury and properly instructs the Divisions on wires for payment to Lenders or other third parties.
