April 2012 - Blues City Brewery June 2016 Memphis, TN Maintenance Manager (Feb 2015 - June 2016) * Responsible for maintenance budget and all capital expenditure requests related to manufacturing * Managed project planning for all projects from concept, pre-planning, planning, quoting, ROI, proposal, approval, implementation * Successful implementations include: * Installation of ARB Laner\Turner ($160k) * Upgraded to KAYAT TP-50A tray packer ($250k total, saved approximately $170k by purchasing used equipment) * Installation of fully automated keg line ($2.2M) * Installation of Entire Packaging Leg to reduce the number of days another line would be running on overtime Maintenance Supervisor (April 2012 - February 2015) * Supervised 25 maintenance mechanics and electricians.
