PCS Primeco Managed the development of about 50 wireless Comn1unicntion sites. Special assignment was to develop design standards for Water tank installations. This design saved a lot of money and construction time. I also implemented the BTS foundation standards which consisted of a helical Screw Anchor design with a steel platform. Designed and constructed Custom home which Fountain Valley Library, Fountain Valley, CA- A 16,000 sf new library with a $2,264,000 included a 65,000 gal. swimming pool with 45 fountains. Constructed nine classrooms at three -Constructed nine elementary schools with a contract of $810,000. Constructed 12 classrooms with a contract of $398,000. Constructed 12,000 sf new library with contract of Construction of a 24,000 sf new Post Office with a contract of $1,930,000. Two story masonry structure Contract of$1,230,000 for new construction. Extensive remodeling of jail facilities and construction of a three story staircase with a contract of $600,000. Completed $1.8 million in tenant improvements for two - six story high rise office buildings located on Wilshire Blvd. Work involved extensive remodeling and a complete face lift on one of the buildings. Other Assisted father in all aspects of construction of his 6,300 s.f. custom home in Big Bear. Contract approximately $1.2 million.
