Summary of qualifications Administer approved medications with knowledge of their effects and side effects and chart the administration Communicate any significant change of mental or physical status of resident Document supervision of self-administration of medication in MAR Document the administration of prn medications and affect Recognize and assist in the prevention of elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation Assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the patients care plan Measure vital signs and record for patient charting and report any abnormalities to Nursing staff member Follow regulated State guidelines as directed by Administration of facility for 18 years
