Qualifications I have worked for Vornado/Charles E Smith for the last 19 years and in a combined 24 buildings that housed many different Mechanical Systems, Fire and life safety applications, Emergency Power platforms, Computer and or Data centers. I am currently a Chief Engineer, my primary responsibilities have been working directly with the Engineering Operations Manager and Property Manager to coordinate work assignments with our engineering crew and outside contractors as well as performing service calls and preventive maintenance tasks. Keeping company records and time cards, vacation, sick-leave and purchase requests are also required tasks. I was part of our company safety committee and have completed an OSHA:501 Training course. I am looking for an opportunity that will channel me on a daily basis and provide me with personal and professional satisfaction as a Engineer, Lead Engineer or Chief Engineer.
