A sloped and flat roof racking system. Project: Irvine Unified School District, Irvine High School 96kw Photovoltaic Roof Mount System. a. Construction consisted of (7) buildings, (3) equipment pad locations with 75kw & 30kw PV Powered Inverters, 800amp distribution panelboard with (1) facility and (1) generation meter in existing electric room. Interconnection to local utilities. Bergelectric Smart Corner - Constructions consisted of a twenty story (post tension) residential tower Project: Sony Corporate Headquarters - Construction consisted of an 11 story mid - rise with single level underground executive parking. A 5 story post - tension parking structure with a main electric room and communication closet. The facility consisted of a central plant with chillers, boilers and two emergency generators. The facility has a commercial kitchen, main dining area, and outdoor dining area that consumes all of the 11th floor. The 1st floor also consisted of a180 person auditorium with a 4000kw projector and 100 sq. foot projection screen Project: Qualcomm BB - Construction consisted of a 2 story tenant improvement in an existing office building. The project has SCIF labs, central plant with an emergency generator, office space and kitchen facility Helix Electric and five story office building. Both structures were built above 4 levels of underground parking. This project also included the re-routing of the trolley system between the two Las Americas International Gateway Shopping Center (Phase B) - Consisted of 2 buildings averaging 80,000 sq ft and 2 buildings averaging 45,000 sq ft. Project was for the many tenant improvements contracts that were awarded to company without any change to scheduled end date while increasing manpower labor hours and materials. Project: UCLA Replacement Hospital - Construction consisted of a 10 story building with a two Retirement Facility - Project consisted for 3 story wood frame structure with 12 wings.
