The Site CA accountable and responsible for managing the site wide contracting process. The Site CA is responsible for ensuring that contract administration policies and procedures are documented and that all CA and Field CA personnel involved in the contract administration process receive the appropriate training on an annual basis. The Site Contract Administrator leads the development and implementation of the site Contracting Strategy. The Site CA ensured that the six step process for contractor safety was being followed and verified the receipt of service. Coordinate equipment readiness for maintenance activities per weekly schedule including equipment cleanliness decontamination lock tag and try and general work permits.
