NavFac Belle (Jan 2011 to June 2011) Mr. Neubert was the Quality Control Representative and Site Safety Officer for this project. His responsibilities include enforcement of all contract documents specifications and drawings preparation of comprehensive Quality Assurance reports review of contractor pay applications and review of contractor submittals as well as Site Safety enforcement and OSHA reporting. Project includes excavation reinforced concrete roads curb and gutter drainage and street lighting.
