Summary of Responsibilities- Developed and implemented the business plan. I acted as store manager on a daily basis where I was responsible for accounting, marketing, sales and inventory management. Provided custom setup and also did repairs. Due to the seasonal nature of the business I down sized it to a part time business. The company was recognized by its manufactures as a platinum dealer within its first year of operation. We built a solid reputation with our customers for honesty and for being experts in bow tuning and setup. We introduced the regional archery customer to new, state of the art tools, equipment and techniques that helped them improve their shooting skills. We also sold firearms. 1991 - 2001 Co-Founder and Co-owner of an aircraft management company. We specialized in managing turbo prop and jet powered aircraft for corporate owners. We also operated as a FAA part 135 air carrier with worldwide certification and provided charter services. My duties included management of the overall financial condition of the company in the day to day flight operations. I managed 21 employees in the process of air carrier certificate compliance, maintenance of aircraft, dispatch of flights, hiring and training of pilots and maintenance personnel. We sold the company in December of 2001.
