I hope to be a person who can make big changes. I aspire to make elderly living more comfortable, and show the patients that it's not the end. Being in the facility that I run , I would make sure that the nurses physician, therapists, want to be doing what their hired to do . Not come in an make the patient feel as though they are just a body not a human being. I would do my best to make sure there is the best food proved to the patients . Activities as well as hire entertainment for the patients from time to time . Making it feel like a home as opposed to a hospital is important to me. Providing the best of care is of the upmost top priority. I truly have learned so much at UMA . I hope to take the skills and education I've been given and truly make a difference..
