SUMMARY >12 years hands-on experience in nucleic acids and molecular genetics (nucleic acids extraction/purification/amplification/hybridization, molecular cloning & mutagenesis, in vitro transcription, DNA sequencing, genomics, transcriptomes) >10 years hands-on experience in cell biology (cell culture, stable cell line generation through transfection/transduction/CRISPR-CAS9 editing) >3 years hands-on experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) assay, liquid handler and Nanodrop, Qubit, Bioanalyzer and Tapestation instruments. Strong assay development ability: developed in-house low input sense RNA linear amplification, nucleic acid analog-mediated PCR clamping for rare mutation detection established in-house spotted microarray platform, RNA subcellular isolation, STR (short tandem repeat)-based chimerism test etc. Resulted in 17 publications in leading journals such as Nature Methods, PNAS, Human Molecular Genetics, Nucleic Acids Research, Cell Research etc.
