Accomplishments Via teamwork and cooperation, played a role testing each version of the newly developing automated dispatch system for Washington State Ferries, aiding in tracking movement of personnel and speeding up the filling of 3600 vacancies per year. Played key role in maintaining a 99.6% sailing record at Washington State Ferries for over 15 years. 15 yrs experience successfully learning and utilizing newly developed office equipment and software systems as they came out.
