Summary: * Extensive years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector. * Verify first articles inspect all incoming materials mechanical and electrical parts inspect bare PC boards. * Knowledge of OHM Meters oscilloscopes, height gauges, and PCB's cables etc. * Component verification, verify and understanding mechanical and electrical blue prints * Inspection Procedures ISO 9000 and ISO 9001, 9002, all documentation standards. * Plans, and performs reports follow up on audits of suppliers and external organizations to * Ensure procedural, standards, and contractual, compliance. * Utilization of all precision mechanical inspection measuring tools. * Identifies, investigates and reports nonconformance's issues related to processes or products. * Operate AOI machine verify components and dimension utilizing Calipers & micrometers pin gages & thread gages. * Electrical and Mechanical inspection SPC, GMP, MRB, FDA, QSR, ISO, GD&T QTP, ATP, Standards, as applicable) precision tools such as calipers micrometers. * Follow Mil-Spec standards. Microscope Inspection. * Q.C. Lead In process Inspection Q.C. Lead System Test. * Provide training support on quality assurance topics. * Composes and revises Standard Operating Procedures, specifications, validation procedures, instructions and forms needed. * Assists other departments with procedure controls as requested. * Follow Sample Plans perform QC, QA audits. * Electrical & surface mount component verification. * Able to read blueprints, boms, schematics, and wire diagrams, Mil-spec & NASA soldering.
