Accomplishments: * Created a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan and schedule for a specific system configuration, on behalf of a major customer, which became the corporate standard. * Restructured entire consumables and spares kits for the GCIB platform to align kits with actual PM procedures, ensuring the completeness of PM kits and reducing annual kit costs by 20%. * Planned, staged, installed, and tested a yield improvement upgrade worth $1M within budget and scheduled milestones. Successfully identified all kitting and procedures, as well as completed scheduling and hands-on management of upgrade activities. Accomplishments: * Initiated and coordinated local customer engineer certification program. Improved certification skill levels from 10% to 100% within 1 year as account program leader. * Trained, tested and qualified account team in the use of nonconformance reporting software database and achieved 100% compliance in 2 weeks as project leader. * Account team beta project lead for the testing and verification of new hardware and software design releases: installation, testing, bug reporting, enhancement requests, and data collection. * Completed >25 equipment installations under budgeted labor hours.
